Demonstrating a total lack of respect for Tokyo's public transport, some weak stomached drinker has left a bit of a mess on the platform.
!!!!!!!! Puh-leeze!
Upon closer inspection , a few feet away from the mess is one of the troublemakers. About 30 seconds away is the other guy. Oh lord. If the Otsuka JR Station restroom wasn't in such a sorry state these two might have had the courtesy to try to make it there. But , what better way to sober up than to take in the cool Summer air on the platform 20 feet above the street.
The culprit?
